1. Data we process
We process the information you submit: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, language, message, property preferences, selected property, requested date and time and, for sellers, property information. We may also process minimal technical data, security logs and your measurement preference.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond, arrange viewings and video calls, handle buying or selling enquiries, prepare valuations, provide assistance and take pre-contractual steps. The legal bases are your request or pre-contractual measures, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and the defence of rights and, where required, consent. Google Analytics is activated only with consent.
3. Required information
Required fields are necessary to identify and handle your request. Without them we cannot submit it or reply. Analytics measurement is optional and refusing it does not restrict browsing or requested services.
4. Recipients and providers
Access is limited to authorised people and necessary providers. These may include Invest Safe 24 as the operational and CRM platform, Brevo for transactional email, Twilio for video calls when enabled, hosting and security providers, and Google Analytics only after consent. Relevant data may be shared with owners, partner agencies, notaries, lawyers, surveyors or other professionals when required for the requested service or by law.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another GDPR-approved mechanism, together with the applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary to answer and manage the relationship. If a contract is formed, data is retained during it and then, with restricted access, for applicable tax, administrative and legal-claims periods. Enquiries that do not continue are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, unless a legal duty applies.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email info@canaryinmobiliaria.com with your request and only the information needed to verify your identity.
8. Automated decisions, children and security
We do not make legally significant decisions based solely on automated processing and do not use form data for advertising without specific consent. The service is not aimed directly at children. We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and update this policy when services, providers or laws change.
Applicable law and supervisory authority
This information follows the European and Spanish framework applicable to digital services and personal data protection.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, without prejudice to any other remedy available by law.
